Hey there internet friends!
This page is dedicated to letting you know about my fundraising campaign with Extra Life. Extra Life is an organization that brings gamers together to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network Hospital of their choice. The gamer commits to playing 24 hours of games (in one session or broken up throughout the year) and raising funds while Extra Life provides the platform to collect the funds and distribute them to the Children's Hospital.
For my 2017 Extra Life commitment, I'm excited to be partnering with my friends over at Irrational Passions the weekend of November 11-12. Every year, they put on a fun-filled 24 hours, packed with a variety of games and entertainment. We'll all be playing on behalf of Team Kinda Funny and my individual donation page will be in support of the Phoenix Children's Hospital and this year, I'm setting an ambitious $1,000 goal. If I manage to hit that goal - on or before our 24-hour stream - we'll be cutting my hair off live on the stream. And if that is actually for some reason a deterrent for you, I will point out that I'm going to be cutting my hair off anyway, but reaching that goal will mean it gets to happen on camera, probably at the hands of some drunk and/or sleep-deprived friends, and there will be a record of it for posterity. We've got a ton of other fun planned as well so I hope you'll tune in. Keep it locked to twitch.tv/IrrationalPassions and my own Twitter on the 11th and 12th for the latest information.
Once again, if you're able to support, you can give here. Every little bit helps and, as I have in years past, I pitched in the first $100 myself because I believe in and support the cause.
